Site visit or photo pack
We walk your lines and labs with a camera, or you send photos of each machine. A typical site takes one to two days on the floor.

Drawings and equipment records
Every machine — production, pilot and lab scale — becomes an engineering-style line drawing with its record behind it: manufacturer, model, location, age, configurations, products that run on it.

Flows, notes and videos
Each line, product flow and scale-up path is built as a process flow with a note on every stage, then exported as walkthrough videos for training and presentations.

Handover
A hosted workspace your people can open, plus files you own outright. Optionally, we keep it current as equipment, products and configurations change.

PNG images of every line, product flow and scale-up path, ready for documents, batch records, SOPs and tech-transfer packages.
Walkthrough videos
1080p MP4 for each flow: stage by stage, with the notes your operators need, for PowerPoint or a training portal.
Equipment database
An Excel export of every equipment record across production, pilot and lab, so the data lives with you, not only with us.
Hosted workspace
Log in to open any flow, replay the walkthrough, flip a card for its record, and download fresh exports.
Retitle any drawing for a given flow — as specific as “Fette 1200i, Line 3” or as generic as “Tablet press” — and every equipment record is entered once and reused in every flow it appears in, whether that is a production line, a product's route through it, or a scale-up path from the lab. Add a keep-current plan and we update the workspace and videos as equipment, configurations or products change.
